85560 - ECHO/PULSE - Exporting Audio Only files using Livescribe Desktop splits them into multiple sessions if pause used during recordings
Why is Livescribe Desktop splitting my audio sessions into multiple files when I export the files as M4A audio?
If you are using Livescribe Desktop to export Audio only sessions, due to a bug in the export process, Livescribe Desktop will split the session into multiple M4A files equal to the number of times pause was used during the recording of that session.
There is not a work-around for this in Livescribe Desktop, but you can update to Echo Desktop to avoid this problem with exporting audio only sessions - http://www.livescribe.com/en-us/support/echo/setup/.
If you would like to continue using Livescribe Desktop along with pauses in your sessions, you can merge the sessions manually using Audacity, a third party software application (you will need to refer to Audacity's Help for instructions on how to do this - http://audacityteam.org/download/).
