93300 - Converting Livescribe Online pencast to Livescribe PDF displays error message

Why do I get an error message when I try to convert Livescribe Online (MyLivescribe) pencast(s) to a Livescribe PDF?

When trying to convert Livescribe Online (MyLivescribe) pencast(s) to a Livescribe PDF, if you get error messages when converting pencasts, this is likely because the pencasts were uploaded before June of 2010.  These are in a format that cannot be converted using the Pencast Converter.  The error could also be caused by the pencast file size or by web traffic.   For a complete list of the errors that can occur, please see the table below.

If you have pencasts from pre-June 2010 saved in your Livescribe Desktop, upload them again to Livescribe Online using the MyLivescribe connector  (80407 - ECHO/PULSE - Sending (sharing) pages and audio using Livescribe Desktop and Livescribe Connect).

Then access them once more from Livescribe Online and convert them again.

If you don't have access to the original pencasts and cannot contact the original owner to request a re-upload, we recommend using a screen capture program such as Snagit (free 15 day trial) or Camtasia (free 30 day trial) to play back those files on Livescribe Online while recording a video file of your browser screen.
