WIFI/ECHO/PULSE - Smartpen reacts to all controls except record, pause and play

My smartpen reacts to all of the notebook controls except the record button and I cannot access Paper Replay using the Nav Plus.

This issue can occur if the applications did not completely load when the firmware was last updated on your smartpen.
