Question:

How do I free-up memory space?

Answer:

When your pen is connected via Bluetooth with your smartphone or tablet, tap on the smartpen icon in the upper right-hand corner of the app and click on more details to access complete pen settings. Clicking on “Clear Memory” option will delete all the contents from your smartpen and free up storage.

Note: Please make sure that your data is synced with all the devices that you regularly use before clearing the memory from the smartpen
