Anoto Pen Access Framework Error

I am not able to open Livescribe+ Desktop for Windows. I keep getting an "Anoto Pen Access Framework Error".

If you are not able to open the Livescribe+ Desktop for Windows due to this type of error, we suggest that you proceed with the following steps to fix the below error message.

  • Close Livescribe+
  • Click on the Windows button.
  • Type "Services" and press enter.
  • As seen in the image below, select Anoto Pen Access Framework and "Start" the service.

  • Open the application again and it should start.
