How do I change my smartpen ink cartridge?

Livescribe 3

  1. Power on your smartpen by turning the middle twist ring until the ink cartridge is fully extended.  IMPORTANT:  Do not use wifi/Echo/Pulse ink as it is too short for the Livescribe 3 smartpen (see 52050 - LIVESCRIBE 3 - Ink cartridge falls out of Livescribe 3 smartpen).
  2. Pull out the ink cartridge with your fingers.
  3. Push the new cartridge into the smartpen until it clicks into place.

Wifi and Echo

  1. Pull out the ink cartridge with your fingers.
  2. Push the new cartridge into the smartpen until it clicks into place.
