Non-Livescribe dot paper

Will my smartpen work on paper other than Livescribe dot enabled products (i.e. other Anoto licensed companies like Leap Frog or Logitech)?

Unfortunately, you cannot use any other Anoto notebook paper with the Livescribe smartpen.  Livescribe notebooks are designed to work exclusively with the Livescribe smartpen.
