WIFI/ECHO/PULSE - Increasing or decreasing OLED display brightness

How do I change the brightness of my smartpen OLED screen?

In order to increase or decrease the display brightness of your smartpen, please follow the steps below:  

  1. Open the inside front cover of your Livescribe notebook, locate the Settings area, and tap the "Brightness" button.  If you don't see this button, you can also access the option through the smartpen Settings menu - 20307 - WIFI/ECHO/PULSE - Smartpen Settings menu.
  2. Tap multiple times to scroll through the screen brightness settings. Values are 100%, 90%, 75%, 50%, and 10%. The lowest brightness setting is optimal for dark room environments, such as when a speaker may be presenting a slideshow.

If adjusting the brightness does not raise or lower your smartpen brightness, please let us know.
