WIFI/ECHO - Ink cartridge falls out

The ink cartridge will not stay in my smartpen.

If your ink cartridge has fallen out of your smartpen, try placing another ink cartridge in the smartpen.

If the replacement cartridge will not stay in place, please let us know.
