Can I make a warranty claim on my Pulse pen?

Ever since 4/1/2016, Livescribe no longer supports Pulse smartpen hardware issues. Warranty claims for Pulse smartpens will not be accepted beyond this date.  

However, we will continue to support any issues relating to the Pulse smartpens and Echo Desktop software application.
