Why will my pen not connect to my Samsung phone when I turn my location services off and back on?

When LS Link's App Pemission's location feature is turned off, plus the general Location Services feature has been turned off you cannot connect to a pen even after accepting the prompt to turn it back on.

If this happens to you on your Samsung device you must go into the App Permissions section in Settings to manually switch it back on. Settings>Privacy&Safety>App Permissions>Locations turn on the setting for Livescribe Link

This will be fixed in a later version of LS+, and LS Link.
