Removing a registered smartpen from the Livescribe database (selling or gifting a smartpen)

How do I remove a registered smartpen from the Livescribe database so someone else can register it (the smartpen was given or sold to someone else)?

To remove your registered smartpen from the Livescribe database, please include in your livescribe.customerservice@anoto.com email the smartpen serial number by following the steps in this article:
