How do I verify if my Windows smartpen device driver is installed correctly?

After installing Livescribe Helper (wifi smartpens) or Livescribe Desktop (Echo/Pulse smartpens), if you are having an issue with the software recognizing your smartpen please see 85121 - Windows - Smartpen not recognized by Livescribe Helper (wifi) or Livescribe Desktop (Echo/Pulse).
